JigsEye worked with the Board of Comparex in the Netherlands to support them in their transformation from a transactional sales organisation to a Managed Service Provider. JigsEye built a Strategic Portfolio Framework® for Comparex to:

  • Create overview of how every product/service contributes to the strategy and (changing) customer needs;
  • Identify innovation gaps;
  • Choose clear focus, resulting in a balanced product and project portfolio preventing overload an speeding up strategy execution
  • Develop a clear roadmap showing which steps at the right speed have to be taken to realize the transformation;
  • Facilitate clear communication to employees and customers, resulting in buy-in and support;

JigsEye subsequently worked with the Comparex Sales- and Account management to set (simple) short-term goals (and how to reach them) to stimulate activities that contribute to the longer-term transition.
