Operating from its headquarters in Sliedrecht (Netherlands) and its branch in Taylor (USA), the company serves customers worldwide. \n\nThe market is evolving rapidly, creating new customer needs. De Jong DUKE\u2019s workforce is highly motivated, constantly initiating new projects to support the company\u2019s rapid growth. However, there are more initiatives than the organization can handle, leading to overload and putting pressure on collaboration across business units.<\/p>

Together with the executive and management teams, we created a structured overview of all ongoing and planned initiatives, aligning them with the company\u2019s strategy and evolving customer needs. From this, a clear focus was established, striking the right balance between short-term growth drivers and long-term strategic ambitions. <\/span><\/p>

Next, a governance framework and structured approach were implemented, enabling the organization to monitor progress with minimal time investment, make quick adjustments, and manage initiatives at the right pace. This methodology was then rolled out across all business units, including the U.S., ensuring full alignment with the overall strategy.<\/p>

De Jong DUKE is now systematically working on professionalizing its processes further.
