The challenge
Antea Group Netherlands operates through five business lines, each focusing on innovation within its respective expertise and market themes. To effectively guide its innovation strategy, prioritization based on a comprehensive overview was essential; leading to the creation of the Innovation Framework. To create overview, we translated Antea Group Netherlands’ strategy into a tailored strategic portfolio framework for innovation. In this Innovation Framework all innovation initiatives and how they align with the company’s strategic goals are visualized. This provides insight into overlaps, opportunities, and challenges, ensuring that each innovation delivers maximum value. By sharpening focus, Antea Group Netherlands can strike the right balance between key innovation themes.
Additionally, we implemented an efficient way of working that not only tracks progress on prioritized initiatives but also provides a cross-sectional view of the entire innovation portfolio. This enables analysis based on project phase, technology type, and thematic focus, offering real-time insights for strategic decision-making.
