JigsEye began with a meeting between Sonja Schasfoort and Linda Kester in the autumn of 2017 at the urging of a mutual connection. As it turned out, it was a great idea. Both being determined, quick-witted thinkers driven to make a real-world difference, the two realized they had lots in common. Science (Linda) and C-level practice (Sonja) met and, more importantly, connected.
JigsEye is the result of that meeting and has since grown to include a whole team of experts. We give organizations room to breathe and the tools to accelerate. Our approach is grounded in our own scientific research and is consistently proven in practice. And yes, we’re rather proud of that.
